Problem Statement Selection
Teams select their preferred problem statement during registration.
Mentoring & Q&A Session
Expert mentors guide teams and answer technical questions.
Idea PPT Submission
Teams submit a PPT explaining their solution for the selected problem statement.
PPT Evaluation & Shortlisting
Judges evaluate submissions using predefined rubrics. The top teams are shortlisted for the hackathon.
Shortlisted Teams Announcement
Selected teams receive an invitation and event details.
24-Hour Hackathon Begins
Shortlisted teams build a working prototype.
Final Project Submission
Teams submit source code, presentation, demo video, and documentation.
Final Pitch & Demo
Teams present their solution to the judging panel.
Prize Distribution
Winners, certificates, and prizes are announced.
